The Question Bank lets your team quickly add frequently used questions to any survey. You can pick from ready-made templates or save your own questions to share across your account.
Types of questions
Standard questions
We provide a set of common questions such as “Which state do you live in?” and “What is your annual household income?”. These cover typical demographics and product feedback needs.
Custom saved questions
You can save any question you create to a shared list. Everyone in your account can add these saved questions to future surveys.
Adding a question from the Question Bank
Go to the Build survey step of your survey.
Start to Add a new question and select Browse question bank.
Find the question you want and select Add.
The question appears in your survey. Edit the question in the survey if needed. Changes here will not affect the saved version.
Save your own question
On the Build survey step of your survey, create a question as you normally would, and click Save.
In the question list, hover over your question and open the Menu, then select Save question.
The question is now stored in the Custom saved questions tab of the Question Bank.
Key details
All users in your account see the saved questions.
There is no limit to how many you can save.
Updates you make after adding a question affect only the survey you’re editing.
