All email surveys include an 'unsubscribe' link which allows the recipient to opt-out of receiving emails in the future. If someone unsubscribes they will not receive any of your email surveys going forward, even if they are added as a recipient on a new survey. 

By including unsubscribe links in emails surveys it helps improve the deliverability of your emails to ensure they land in the recipients inbox.
