By default email surveys are sent from the email address your-company [at] mail.iteratehq.com. You can customize the 'your-company' part of the address and customize the name.
Our Large and Enterprise plans allow you to customize the domain that your email surveys are sent from.
To customize the domain:
Email support [at] iteratehq.com or start a new chat with us in the bottom right corner of this page and let us know what domain you'd like to use
Our team will send you two DNS records you'll need to add to your domain. These records verify that we are authorized to send email from that domain and help improve the deliverability of your emails.
Once we verify the DNS records have been added we'll enable the custom domain for your account
